Agung Yoga Electronics is looking for an Assistant IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to our employees and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new software and hardware.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Maintain and update IT documentation.,Assist in the implementation of IT security measures.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Work with the IT team to improve and update our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
