📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and relationship management.
• Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and project scopes.
• Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
