📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, organize, and manage a variety of events, including gaming tournaments, webinars, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align community initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand our community reach.
• Create and distribute engaging content across various digital platforms to keep the community informed and excited.
• Provide exceptional customer support and advocacy to ensure a positive community experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and event planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, event planning, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and community engagement tools such as Discord, Facebook Groups, and Reddit.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and digital entertainment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in community management or event planning is a plus.
