📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees,Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts,Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies,Assisting with performance management and employee development,Maintaining employee records and documentation,Supporting the management team with HR-related projects and initiatives,Assisting with training and development programs for employees,Handling administrative tasks related to HR

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good organizational and problem-solving skills,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
