Sky Urban Mandiri is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Cilegon. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to start right away, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
