📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor branch performance metrics and report to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement branch-specific training programs to enhance staff skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies is a plus.
