📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain project standards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve project efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.,Proficiency in using civil engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
