In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop effective job descriptions and requirements.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the company.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the hiring team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets and deadlines.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
