The GEO Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Merchant Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of acquisition professionals to identify, evaluate, and secure new merchant partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, negotiation, and relationship management, with a proven track record of success in the merchant acquisition space.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of acquisition professionals to identify, evaluate, and secure new merchant partnerships.,Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of merchant partners.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchant partners.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for merchant acquisition.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with merchant partners to ensure mutual benefits.,Monitor and report on the performance of the merchant acquisition team.,Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in acquiring and retaining merchant partners.,Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the merchant services industry is a plus.
