Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Train new hires and conduct regular staff meetings to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Participate in store audits and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of food safety and service.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Passion for pizza and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
