📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential coffee machines, including espresso, drip, and specialty brewing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with coffee machines, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Assist in the calibration and programming of coffee machines to meet specific brewing requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to baristas and coffee shop staff on the operation and maintenance of coffee equipment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and that equipment is properly set up and maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in coffee machine maintenance.
• Document all maintenance activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial coffee machine maintenance and repair.
• Proven track record of working with high-end coffee equipment, preferably from brands like La Marzocco, Rocket, and Rancilio.
• Certification in coffee machine maintenance and repair, such as the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Certified Coffee Technician (CCT) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing principles and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic electrical and plumbing systems.
