📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and good working condition,Manage fuel consumption and track vehicle usage,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are following company policies and procedures,Handle vehicle repairs and maintenance, including coordinating with mechanics and vendors,Monitor vehicle insurance and registration,Generate and maintain fleet reports,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to vehicle operations
