📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet sales targets.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and make improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
