📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.

Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

Collaborate with product teams to understand and document complex technical concepts.

Review and edit documentation written by other team members.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

Provide training and support to other team members as needed.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes.

Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive and self-motivated.

Passionate about clear, concise communication.
