📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Ensure the seamless functioning of IT systems to support daily operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and server issues.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect our systems from threats.
• Work with the IT team to ensure the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to employees as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends.
• Participate in system upgrades and improvements as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proficient in Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with network protocols and security measures.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
