DRIFT Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier Gudang to join our team in Magelang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations in the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a proven track record of leadership in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing daily cashier operations in the warehouse, including cash handling, deposit, and reconciliation.,Ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.,Supervising and training junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.,Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies to the appropriate departments.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of cashier operations with overall warehouse activities.,Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity and safety.,Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect cash and inventory from theft or damage.,Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven leadership and supervisory experience.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic office software and financial tools.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
