📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's business objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.,Oversee the purchasing process, including requisitioning, approvals, and order processing.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock management.,Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and services, and manage any delays or issues that arise.,Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with business needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier management and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
