📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure high performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
