📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with educators, instructional designers, and developers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Ensure all learning media meet accessibility standards and are compatible with various devices and platforms.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the quality of our learning media.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional design.
• Document all processes and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support the implementation and deployment of learning media across our educational platforms.
• Contribute to the development of our company’s learning management system (LMS).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing interactive learning media.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other multimedia authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of e-learning standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle or Blackboard is a plus.
• Passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
