📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including administrative tasks and coordination with various departments.,Support the logistics and supply chain management, ensuring that materials and resources are available when needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations, including inventory, schedules, and performance metrics.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in the organization and management of company events and activities.,Provide support to the team in achieving operational goals and targets.,Assist in the implementation of new operational processes and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in operations, logistics, or administrative support.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
