📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
