📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety and health programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update safety and health documentation, including incident reports and training records.,Collaborate with management to ensure that safety and health objectives are integrated into all aspects of the business.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety and health programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the field of safety and health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety and health management in a similar role.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., CMIH, CSP, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
