📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email, and social media.,Present and demonstrate our technology solutions to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.,Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data in our CRM system.,Provide excellent customer service, including pre-sales support and post-sales follow-ups.,Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.,Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to communicate their benefits to customers.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business landscape is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
