In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tooling and injection molding systems for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on tooling and injection molding.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop tooling and injection molding systems for our manufacturing processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that tooling and injection molding systems meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.,Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with tooling and injection molding systems.,Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our tooling and injection molding operations.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in tooling and injection molding.,Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in tooling and injection molding.,Support the development of technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tooling and injection molding, with a focus on manufacturing.,Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.,Experience with CNC programming and machining.,Familiarity with injection molding processes and materials.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
