📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Underwrite major property insurance accounts and multinational programs, assessing risks and setting premiums.,Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses to ensure accurate pricing and coverage.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients and key stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with Chubb's underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on risk management and insurance solutions.,Monitor and report on underwriting performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.,Collaborate with other departments, including claims, actuarial, and marketing, to ensure a seamless insurance experience for clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in property underwriting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior underwriting role.,Strong knowledge of property insurance products, market trends, and risk assessment techniques.,Proven experience in underwriting major accounts and multinational programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and regulatory environment is a plus.,Certification in insurance or risk management is a plus.
