Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Review and edit technical content for accuracy and clarity,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
