As Director of Agricultural Operations, you'll lead a team of skilled farmers and agronomists in managing vast plantations of fruits, vegetables, and other tropical crops. Your daily tasks will involve developing and implementing sustainable farming practices, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. With a strong focus on innovation, you'll explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce environmental impact.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage large-scale tropical farming operations, including crop planning, planting, and harvesting.
• Develop and implement sustainable farming practices to enhance productivity and environmental stewardship.
• Lead a team of farmers and agronomists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality crop production.
• Optimize resource allocation, including water, fertilizers, and pesticides, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Explore and integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve farming operations and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, and R&D, to align farming practices with business goals.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of farming staff, implementing health and safety protocols and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale tropical farming operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable farming practices and technologies.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and tools, such as ERP systems, GIS, and crop management software.
• Certifications in sustainable agriculture or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and drive operational excellence.
