We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning Executive to join our team in Badung, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to improve efficiency.,Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and improve turnaround times.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Provide leadership and guidance to the production team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning in the plastic injection moulding industry.,Strong knowledge of ERP systems and production planning software.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
