📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement advanced process technologies for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality and yield in production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to process technology.
• Conduct process validation and characterization using state-of-the-art tools and software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in process technology and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor process technology, including lithography, etching, deposition, and cleaning.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as ASML's Tachyon, KLA-Tencor's SPX, and Applied Materials' PECVD systems.
• Certification in semiconductor process technology or a related field is a plus.
