📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the performance of PV power plants using tools such as SCADA and PMIS systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize plant efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of projects and tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the reliability and safety of the plants.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the operations and maintenance of PV power plants.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with SCADA and PMIS systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
