📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and refine work instructions for assembly processes
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production workflows
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline assembly processes
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and patterns
- Provide training and support to assembly team members
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly process engineering or related roles
- Proficient in using process improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
