📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Represent Digital Arena Indonesia at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our brand and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, sports management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in esports management, team leadership, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in competitive gaming, with a strong understanding of the esports landscape.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective plans.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
