📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental management systems in accordance with international standards and local regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and environmental incidents.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide training and awareness programs to ensure a high level of HSE knowledge and competence among employees.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSE considerations into all business activities.
• Report on HSE performance metrics and trends to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest HSE trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
